Generator Installation
Tilsley & Lovatt have the in-house capability to provide turn-key off-the-shelf or bespoke generator packages from 12kW to 10MW utilising distillate fuels, bio-gas and natural gas.
Our experience means that we have the ability to carry out engineering studies and assessments in order to determine the exact technical requirements of the work. From this we can schedule, plan, purchase and manage any project through to completion.
In short, we can realise the customer's dream from inception, through design to commissioning.
Delivery and Offload
We can deliver your generator by means of skilled operators experienced in the offload of such machinery. We can also supply our own forklift trucks to move the set into final position in situations where our vehicles cannot access.
Mechanical Installation
Once positioned, our skilled fabricators, welders and engineers will connect all necessary fuel and exhaust pipe work together with any sound attenuation and other mechanical items.
We have our own team of fully skilled electricians who can carry out electrical installations of any size, no matter how large or small. Tilsley and Lovatt's electrical works are carried out safely and to latest electrical standards.
Commissioning
On completion, all works are proven and handed over to the customer together with a complete documentation package containing all drawings, instructions and information.
