The following opportunities are currently available within the  Sales/Service Department :- 

  •  Area Sales Engineer/Manager(s) (M62 Corridor & M25)

Two technical sales persons required to develop new and existing business interest in the North of England and within the M25. We are looking for qualified and experienced persons with proven track records in the generator sector specifically in relation to Generator Service Contracts and plant overhauls. These are business development positions and require excellent communication and cold calling techniques to identify, develop and close out new business opportunities.

The above are salaried positions with competitive and attractive packages with good opportunity for advancement.   •     Commissioning & Test Technician

Testing and Commissioning of bespoke in-house manufactured generator packages including protection and control devices.Work is undertaken at our head office, at the customers site and in an offshore environment. The successful candidate should be HNC qualified in a suitable electrical/electronic discipline with at least five years field experience in the operation, maintenance and diagnosis of diesel/gas powered generation equipment. This position requires previous experience with PLC control systems though additional training will be given.

  • Field Service Engineers (London & M25)

Servicing and repairs to a wide variety of gas/diesel powered generator packages (FG Wilson, Perkins, Cummins, Caterpillar, Deutz) including generator switchgear and control systems.

The preferred candidate will be multi-skilled with an electrical bias as most modern generators operate with sophisticated control systems, though all other candidates will be considered based on qualifications and experience.

The role requires excellent diagnostic skills and a practical demonstration may be requested at the interview.

The above positions are hourly paid and command competitive rates for normal/overtime with good opportunity for advancement.
